That’s why Smartbox Academy offers a wide range of free, on-demand courses designed to fit around your schedule and learning style. Here’s a quick look at the different types of learning experiences we offer: Perfect for busy schedules, our bite-size video sessions offer quick wins and simple strategies you can put into practice straight away. These are great for anyone who wants to learn in short bursts, or refresh their knowledge without committing to a longer course: Our longer, structured courses are ideal for those wanting a deeper understanding of AAC. You’ll find step-by-step modules covering key areas such as symbol communication, access methods, and supporting emotional wellbeing. These are well-suited for professionals, educators, and family members who want a comprehensive approach: Prefer a more interactive approach? Join our live webinars and training events, where you can connect with our team, ask questions, and learn alongside others. It’s a great way to get support in real time and build confidence in using our flagship software Grid, and other AAC tools. Through Smartbox Academy, we offer three different types of live workshops.
