Smartbox joins BATA

We’re delighted to announce our membership with the British Assistive Technology Association (BATA).  

Smartbox is dedicated to empowering individuals to communicate and connect through assistive technologies, and joining BATA aligns with our mission to break down barriers and improve access to AAC, ensuring no one is left without a voice. 

As one of the leading organisations in the UK for assistive technology, BATA advocates for improved access, support, and funding for those who need it most.  

This partnership allows us to engage with industry leaders, including tech innovators, healthcare professionals, educators, and government bodies, all committed to making a tangible impact in the world of assistive technology.

With this membership, our team is looking forward to contributing to BATA’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs), which focus on key areas such as innovation, funding, access, and inclusion.  

Through these collaborative efforts, we aim to shape the future of assistive technology and support initiatives that promote greater inclusion for all. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to working alongside BATA and its members.
